     GENERAL  INFORMATION

               First of all, this web site is still a work in progress, and always will be.       

               I am constantly adapting or looking at ways to change, both the site and my products. therefore if you see

               an item which is incomplete, please consider it a work in progress.

               I am constantly finding new items to either make or work with, to keep the selection current, fresh, and interesting.

        ORDERING

               Most of my items are made to order, therefore when you purchase an item please allow 1 week for me to make the item, plus postage  time.

               I do endeavour to hold small stocks of my products, In which case  the items will be  dispatched the next working day,

               following receipt of payment for your purchase.       

        POSTAGE AND SHIPPING COSTS       

         Postage costs for delivery within the UK will added on checkout, and form part of your purchase.

        For overseas purchases, please E-MAIL me for actual postage costs. Typically postage and packing cost for overseas delivery is around twice the UK rate stated.

        PAYMENT

        Payment in full for all items, is required with the purchase order.

        I can fully understand that many customers  do not wish to register with PAY PAL, but do wish to purchase goods from my web site.

        I prefer payment through  PAY PAL . However, this does not mean you must be registered with PAY PAL, to make a payment.

        Once you have made a payment, PAY PAL will now give you the option of deciding about whether you wish to register.

        I can only accept payment by cheque, if the total value of the order is over £10. Please make cheque's payable to J. BUCK       

        DAMAGED ITEMS

        The utmost care is taken with the packing of my items before despatch. Should you be unlucky enough  to receive an item which  is damaged,

        then please E-MAIL me immediately, giving details of the damage, and whether the outer package was damaged on receipt.

         Any item damaged or broken, due to no fault of the purchaser will be replaced free of charge.
